For the gear pump, the roller manufacturer suggested that the oil level of the oil tank should be checked first, and then the vibration valve should be checked. There are two types of vibration valves, one is the overflow stop valve controlled by the mechanical pull wire, and the other is the overflow stop valve controlled by the solenoid. When checking the overflow stop valve controlled by the mechanical cable, check whether the control cable is connected properly, whether there are impurities in the overflow valve and the valve body, and whether there is tape jam. For electromagnetic control, check whether the vibration switch and circuit are normal, whether the electromagnet works normally, and whether the valve core and overflow valve in the valve body are normal.

If the above vibration valve is in good condition, close the oil inlet pipeline of the motor. Before the closed pipeline, the roller manufacturer recommends installing a pressure measuring device. The measuring range of the pressure gauge is 0-400kg. When the vibration is started, the measured pressure peak (according to the rated working pressure of the oil pump) should not exceed the rated pressure of the oil pump.

If the pressure is normal, connect the motor and start the vibration. If the motor is normal, the peak pressure of the starting vibration should be the pressure measured previously, and the pressure will decrease with the increase of the rotating speed of the vibrating wheel (at this time, the pressure will vary according to the working site, but it should be stable), and the whole vehicle has no resonance. In this case, the measured pressure cannot reach the peak value, and the working frequency of the vibrating wheel is insufficient, and the whole vehicle resonates, which means the motor is damaged. In this case, the vibrating wheel does not work, which means the coupling sleeve between the motor and the eccentric shaft of the vibrating wheel is damaged; When the measured peak value does not drop, the vibration wheel remains stationary, which means that the eccentric shaft of the vibration wheel is locked.

For the vibration system composed of plunger pump and motor, the judgment method is similar to that of the walking system. The roller manufacturer suggests that the oil level of the oil tank should be checked to see if it is normal, and the filter element of the oil inlet system of the oil pump is blocked. If it is normal, install a pressure gauge with the range of 0-40kg at the oil make-up pressure tap of the vibration pump to measure the oil make-up pressure. At this time, the pressure value should be between 18-24kg. If the pressure is insufficient or there is no pressure, the oil make-up pump is damaged or the vibration pump has no power input.

If the pressure is normal, check whether the solenoid valve of the vibration pump is in good condition. At the same time, close the two high pressure ports of the vibration pump, install a 0-600kg pressure gauge, and start the vibration mode. At this time, the measured high pressure peak pressure is 350-420kg, and the oil make-up pressure does not drop to normal. Connect the motor oil circuit, and then repeat the measurement of the peak pressure and oil make-up pressure when the vibration is started. At this time, the peak pressure immediately reaches the peak, and the pressure decreases with the increase of the rotating speed of the vibration wheel, and remains stable. The oil make-up pressure does not drop to normal.

' In this case, the measured vibration pressure does not reach the peak value, and the oil filling pressure drops, and the whole vehicle resonates. The roller manufacturer said that this is the motor damage.
