Characteristics Of Backhoe Loader Running-In Period

Therefore, during the running-in period, it is easy to cause the wear of parts (especially the mating surface), and the wear speed is fast. At this time, if the operation is overloaded, it may cause damage to parts and early failure of the loader.
1. Backhoe Loader Wears Fast

2. Poor Lubrication

This will reduce the lubricating efficiency and cause early abnormal wear of the machine parts. In serious cases, the friction surface of precision fitting will be scratched or ablated, resulting in failure.
3. Loose
The newly processed and assembled parts of Backhoe Loader have deviations in geometric shape and fit size. At the initial stage of use, due to the impact, vibration and other alternating loads, as well as the impact of heat, deformation and other factors, as well as the rapid wear and other reasons, it is easy to make the originally fastened parts loose.
4. Leakage
Due to the looseness and vibration of Backhoe Loader parts and the influence of heat on the equipment, the sealing joint surface and pipe joints of the equipment will leak, and some defects such as casting and processing are difficult to find during assembly and commissioning. However, due to the vibration and impact during the operation, such defects will be exposed, which is manifested as oil (water) leakage. Therefore, leakage is easy to occur during the running-in period.
5. Many Operation Errors
