Precautions for safe operation of backhoe loaders:

1. Before starting the backhoe loader, check whether each gear is in neutral position. After starting the engine and running for a period of time, check whether each instrument is in normal range.

2. Develop a good habit of routine maintenance of the backhoe loader, regularly check whether the parts are normal, and timely replacement. Generally every 200 hours of operation after an important inspection and maintenance.

3. Go around before driving, observe whether there are obstacles and dangerous things around the backhoe loader body, and clean up or go around in time.

4. When the backhoe loader is working, it is forbidden to take people other than the driver. The space in the car is limited to prevent misoperation.

5. When driving on the highway, strictly follow the traffic laws and regulations, and prohibit drunk driving.

6. If the soil quality in the construction area is too strong, the backhoe loader should not be forced to dig and shovel to prevent damage to machine parts.

7. Before excavating the backhoe loader, put down the wingspan legs to stabilize the body. Rotate the seat, and when using the forklift function, fold the legs and retrieve the excavator arm in time.
