1. During operation, the walk behind road roller should be started first before it can vibrate. The internal combustion engine should be placed at medium speed first and then adjusted to high speed.

2. When changing speed and reversing direction, stop first, and reduce the speed of internal combustion engine when changing speed.

3. The walk behind road roller is strictly prohibited to vibrate on the solid ground.

4. When the moisture content of the soil is more than 30%, do not roll it. When the moisture content is less than 5%, it is appropriate to sprinkle water.

5. The longitudinal slope of the working section shall not exceed the maximum climbing capacity of the walk behind road roller, and the transverse slope shall not be greater than 20°.

6. When changing the forward and backward direction of the walk behind road roller, the roller should be stopped, and the reversing clutch should not be used for braking.

7. When the walk behind road roller is rolling on the new road, it should be rolling from the middle to the outside, and the distance from the edge of the subgrade should not be less than 0.5m.

8. When the walk behind road roller rolls the soft roadbed, it should be rolled 1 ~ 2 times without vibration, and then vibrated rolling.

9. When rolling, the vibration frequency should be consistent. For the vibratory walk behind road roller with adjustable vibration frequency, the vibration frequency should be adjusted before operation, and the vibration frequency should not be adjusted without vibration.

10. The adjustment of reversing clutch, starting clutch and brake should be carried out after the main clutch is disengaged.

11. Do not use fast gear when the walk behind road roller goes up and down the hill, and do not slide in neutral when the walk behind road roller goes down the hill. It is forbidden to use fast gear when making a sharp turn.

12. The walk behind road roller shall not engage vibration when running at high speed.

13. Stop the vibration first, and then put the reversing mechanism in the middle position, the transmission in neutral, finally pull up the hand brake lever, the internal combustion engine idle for a few minutes after extinguishing.

14. After operation, the walk behind road roller should be parked in a flat and solid place, and brake, not parked on the edge of the dirt road and slope, and not parked in the place that obstructs traffic.

15. When the walk behind road roller is transferred to the site, it shall be loaded by car or flatbed trailer, and shall not be pulled by other vehicles.
