Each shift shall check whether the fastening parts of each connection part are loose, check the tire pressure, and check whether the bearing is hot. If there is any problem, it shall be handled immediately. The fuel tank of the roller manufacturer shall be filled with fuel after daily operation to prevent water droplets from forming on the inner wall of the tank. Open the drain valve of the fuel tank to drain water before daily operation. After the engine fuel is used up or the filter element is replaced, the air in the pipeline must be exhausted.

Always check and adjust the axial clearance of the roller. After the roller has been working for half a year, the installation position of each roller should be changed to make the tire wear more uniform. When the walk behind road roller is transported by itself, the tire pressure should be kept below 0.6 to 0.65Mpa, and the driving distance should not be too far. The brake mechanism should be checked and maintained regularly. If the roller is to be parked for a long time, the body should be erected to reduce the compression deformation of the tire.
