1. Poor lubrication of the mixing bucket backhoe loader.
Because the equipment assembly time is too short, the fit gap between the mechanical parts is small, and due to some other factors during assembly, the uniformity of the fit gap cannot be guaranteed. Lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to achieve the purpose of preventing wear. The lubrication efficiency is too low, resulting in abnormal wear during the early use of machine parts. In severe cases, it will cause scratches or seizures on the friction surface of the precision fit, resulting in malfunction.
2. The rapid wear rate of the mixing bucket backhoe loader.
Due to the influence of factors such as the processing, assembly and adjustment of new machine parts, the friction surface is rough, the contact area of the mating surface is small, and the surface pressure is uneven. During the operation of the machine, the uneven parts on the surface of the parts cooperate and rub against each other, and the ground metal chips continue to participate in the friction as abrasives, thereby accelerating the worn parts on the mating surface. Therefore, during the running-in period, it is easy to cause wear of the parts (especially the mating surface), and the wear rate is fast. At this time, if the overload is performed, it may cause damage to the parts and cause early failure.
3. The mixing bucket backhoe loader is loose.
The geometry and matching dimensions of newly machined and assembled parts are deviated. In the early stages of use, they are susceptible to alternating loads such as shock and vibration, as well as heat, deformation and other factors, and excessive wear. Loosen the originally fixed parts. Leakage occurs due to the loosening of machine parts, vibration and the influence of machine heat, and the sealing surface and pipe joints of the machine will leak out. It is difficult to find some casting, machining and other defects during assembly and debugging, but due to the operation process, such defects are exposed due to engine vibration and impact, which manifests as oil (water) leakage (leakage).
