Because it is the road condition where the chassis often passes water over the tires, so every time you apply butter, first find a piece of the bucket that is hard and reliable, and does not hinder the passage of backhoe loader. Check the chassis and clamps in the place where there is a trench. There are also brakes, whether there are oil leaks and stuck stones in the degree of wear of the pads, and whether the grease nipple is correct. The front drive shaft starts to fill the front, middle and rear with butter, and the next is the rear drive shaft to fill the front, middle and back. Beat the spoiled colored butter until it comes out.

When the backhoe loader cannot be operated, the cause must be found out and the malfunction must be eliminated first. Check as follows:

1. Check the fuel limit valve of the gearbox of the backhoe loader and the shift pressure gauge. If it is found that the short-speed beam oil should be added with new oil, but cannot be added, otherwise it will cause the gearbox to happen, usually a limit valve can be added.

2. Check whether the arm of the backhoe loader can rise without turning. If the arm can be started, it can be turned, but the machine itself cannot realize the walking process. This is mainly caused by the damage of the shift pump. If the arm cannot be loaded, the steering process cannot be achieved and is impossible. This situation is mainly because the steel plate connecting rod of the mixing tank is bolted and caused the elastic plate to crack. The gear box and the gear box are hung together, and the connection position of the diesel engine of the torque converter is removed, and the damaged position is checked, and the part is replaced and repaired.
