Vibratory Roller Structure
The vibrating wheel is used as both a working wheel and a walking wheel. It is one of the important components of the vibratory roller. It is mainly composed of four parts: the vibrating steel wheel, the excitation mechanism, the vibration damping system and the traveling mechanism. The weight of the vibrating steel wheel accounts for about 80% of the vibration weight (participating in the vibration weight). It is welded and processed by the steel wheel steel ring and the web. It is required to resist deformation and wear, and it needs to have rigidity, strength and roundness. Meet the compaction requirements of roadbed, road surface flatness and strength. At present, the more common structural forms are welded disc-shaped plates and removable boxes (also called independent excitation chambers). Heavy-duty vibratory rollers are currently available in detachable box applications, as the cleanliness of the structural oil chamber and the coaxiality of the bearing bores are easier to control.
The vibration excitation mechanism consists of vibration shaft, vibration bearing, fixed and movable eccentric block, and is installed in the vibration chamber composed of flanges (the flange is bolted to the steel spoke plate), and the heavy vibration roller is generally the same. Two vibration chambers and two excitation mechanisms, the excitation rotation center coincides with the vibration wheel rotation axis, the vibration motor drives the left and right vibration axes to rotate synchronously, and the centrifugal force generated when the eccentric block on the left and right vibration axes rotates generates the centrifugal force Working with the front frame on the vibrating wheel to compact the compacted object.
The vibration damping system is composed of a plurality of dampers, and is used for the vibration isolation connection of the vibration wheel and the frame or the vibration wheel and the driving plate, and the shape has a circular shape and a square shape according to the driving form and the force receiving manner. Generally, the driving end adopts a circular damper, and the non-driving end adopts a square damper, and the vibration damping system can filter out more than 96% of the vibration.
The traveling mechanism is composed of a running bearing, a bearing seat, a bearing cover, a left and right connecting frame, a speed reducer, etc., together with the rear wheel, realizes the walking function of the whole vehicle.
